Flaminia Veronesi

This first artist collaboration is part of the MURO BLU (Blue Wall) Project, curated by artist and brand co-founder Sara Goldschmied (of the artistic duo Goldschmied & Chiari).

The Artwork: In 2020, Flaminia Veronesi created a 5×5 meter seafront mural directly on the exterior wall of the ISOLE&VULCANI flagship store in Filicudi.

The Inspiration: The piece depicts the evocative myths and legends of the Aeolian Islands.

The Capsule: This imposing work inspired original patterns used for a limited-edition series of classic ISOLE & VULCANI models.

As part of the MURO BLU project’s vision, artists consciously agree to have their works exposed to winter sea storms and the elements. By gradually weathering and following the island’s seasonal cycles, the art remains in a constant dialogue with nature.
