RETURNS ARE FREE IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR IF THE ORDER IS NONCONFORMING.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our orders are shipped by DHL. Once the order has been picked up, the customer will receive an email directly from the courier with all the information needed to track the shipment.

The approximate delivery times stated by the carrier are as follows: 12 hours for deliveries in Italy, 24 hours for the Italian major islands, 2-4 working days for the Italian minor islands, and 4-7 working days for international shipments.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1) The Customer has the right to reimbursement of a purchase concluded under these general terms and conditions of sale, without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from Product’s delivery. In the case of the purchase of multiple Products delivered separately, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last item.

2) To exercise the right of return, the Customer must send an explicit communication to the email address info.isolevulcani@gmail.com before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period referred to in point 1 above.

3) Following the provisions of point 2 above, the Customer will receive an email confirming the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The intention to withdraw from the order must be communicated to I&V within and no later than 14 days.

4) The website may offer a return service provided by DHL at market rates, which the Customer is free to use or not. If the Customer chooses an independent courier, I&V shall not be liable for any loss or damage. The costs and direct risks of returning the goods using an independent courier are borne by the Customer, who is responsible for ensuring, in their own interest, that the package arrives at its destination correctly.

In the event of non-delivery (non-delivery also means the absence of a delivery receipt signed by I&V srl staff) or loss, no refund will be possible.

5) The refund includes return shipping costs only if the withdrawal is due to non-conformity, product defects, or errors in the order. For any other reason, the withdrawal costs shall be borne by the Customer. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise requested by the customer, in which case the additional costs shall be borne by the customer).

The refund will be processed within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, but may be suspended until the products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

6) To replace a purchased product, you must withdraw from the contract concluded under these general terms and conditions of sale, without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days, receiving a refund and then proceeding with a new purchase. In the case of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, the return and refund will be made as specified by the customer.

7) I&V creations are made from organic cotton, using a G.O.T.S. certified dyeing process that guarantees respect for the ecosystem, the raw material, and the human body. To preserve their quality, the garments must be used in accordance with their nature. Any depreciation of the returned Products resulting from washing, use in water, or handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and integrity of the Products themselves, shall be determined at the sole discretion of I&V srl.

8) For all shipments to or from countries outside the European Union, customs duties on the shipment are the responsibility of the customer and are never included in the shipping cost.
